Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-08-10.
Scope
This policy covers cxdsfxcx.com, published as CX Casino Guide. It explains what happens to information when you read the site, and where our responsibility ends once you follow a link elsewhere.
What this site collects
CX Casino Guide is a static editorial site. It has no user accounts, no login, no comment system and no newsletter form. We do not ask you for personal data and there is nowhere on this site to give us any.
No third-party scripts
Pages are served as plain HTML with a single stylesheet hosted on this domain. We load no external fonts, no content delivery network scripts, no advertising tags, no social media widgets and no analytics libraries, so reading a page does not send information about you to any other company from this site.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records standard request data: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent — for security and diagnostics. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Note that our network provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security and traffic management.
Outbound links
When you follow a link to an operator or to another site, that site’s own privacy policy applies from that moment. Some outbound links are commercial. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, how a third party handles your data.
Why we keep logs
Server logs are kept for one purpose: running the site safely, which includes spotting abusive traffic and diagnosing errors. That is a legitimate interest in keeping the service working, and the logs are not sold, shared for marketing or combined with other data.
Your rights
Where the GDPR or a comparable regime applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over personal data held about you. Since this site holds no account data, in practice this concerns server logs only. Because we cannot link a log line to a name, locating one requires the date, approximate time and IP address of the visit. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles data changes — for example, if a form or an analytics tool were ever added — this page will be updated before the change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
