The one idea that helps most
Every time you tap to move forward, you’re betting everything you’ve built so far on the next lane. A 5x in your pocket becomes a 5x stake on the next step. Seen that way, the question “should I go one more?” gets easier: is that next lane worth risking what you’ve already got?
Settle your exit lane before the first tap. For example: “On Medium, I collect after the third safe step.” Then stick to it for a whole session and see how it goes.
